David W. Salter, CFO: 

David has over 19 years of business experience including positions in corporate finance, business strategy and planning, and business development at firms such as Verizon, Koch Industries, and The Boeing Company. David has lead Long Range Business Planning Teams, integrating Forecasts and Estimates at Completion into Financial Plans for government military proposals for some of Boeing’s largest programs.
