TESLA PowerWall & MERCEDES-BENZ Home Battery System

Tesla’s new Powerwall energy system for the home has come under scrutiny by Bloomberg Business when on May 16, 2015 it headlined: “Tesla’s New Battery Doesn’t Work That Well With Solar.” Like Tesla, the Mercedes-Benz Home Battery is under powered to meet the demand of the homeowner – KCM technology solves this problem.

There are over $1 Billion PowerWall pre-sales (ref. eniday.com) Both Tesla’s and Mercedes-Benz maximum outputs are less than consumer demand in re-charging time. Recharge time is 24 hours using 8 300W solar panels. The integrated KCM system increases maximum output to 4.1kW to meet consumer demand. Charge time is significantly reduced resulting in more available power.
